La Casa di Arianna is a flat that is part of the Residence Eremitaggio and is about 2 km from Torri Del Benaco.
The Residence dates back to the 1970's when the original Albergo Eremitaggio was converted into individual dwellings.
The original structure has remained unchanged and is a typical example of the architecture of those years located in a panoramic area.
From the driveway gate on the via Gardesana, the Residence is accessed via a road lined with cypress trees and a car can be parked in the reserved parking space.
The INTERIOR
The flat consists of a living room with sofa and satellite television adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. From the living room there is access to the terrace overlooking the lake equipped with a table for 4 so that you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the splendid view of the lake.
The house, which can accommodate up to 3 people, has a double bedroom with wardrobe that faces the lake and has a first adjoining bathroom complete with shower . The second, smaller bedroom has a single French bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom complete with shower.
The rooms are all air-conditioned
ESTERN AND BEACH
From the garden of the Residence you can access directly through the convenient subway to the beach dedicated to the guests of the Residence and enjoy sunny days and swimming in total tranquillity.
The ZONE
The centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaligero Castle is about 20 minutes on foot and 5 by car.
A few metres from the flat there is a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the western shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to make a trip to the various villages of the Lake.
From this location you can reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take a trip on the MontaBaldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the area of Bardolino and Lugana.
Verona is about 45 km away and Venice about 160 km.
