La maison est assez petite et mériterait qq rénovations notamment la douche ( barre de douche non fonctionnelle, fuite d’eau sous la douche ), les fenêtres ( celle du bas n’est pas fonctionnelle) : elles laissent passer le vent , des tentures seraient bienvenues .
