Ideally located in Le Havre’s most sought-after neighborhood, just steps from the MuMa, City Hall, and Les Halles, this home combines modernity, serenity, and accessibility.
The residence is quiet and secure, features an elevator, and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Designed for up to 6 guests, the apartment includes: 🔸 A large open kitchen with an island, fully equipped (fridge, compact dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.). 🔸 A dining area with a table for 6 guests. 🔸 A living room with a Smart TV opening onto a terrace/balcony with a stunning sea view. 🔸 One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and wardrobe. 🔸 One bedroom with a Queen size 160x200cm bed and dressing room. 🔸 A study with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm), leading to a private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. 🔸 A bathroom with a bathtub/shower. 🔸 Separate WC. 🔸 A utility room with storage and a washing machine. A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night. Ideal for professionals as well: the apartment has ultra high-speed fiber internet. Cherry on top: a private parking space inside the residence 🚗. Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. ⚠️ Please limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.

🅿 Street parking is metered from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Electric vehicles park for free in the city.
Going to the beach? Parking is free for everyone nearby! Tram and buses are great ways to get around. Nearest underground car parks: La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) — €6.90 for 12h, then €0.10 per additional 15min. Weekly pass: €23. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.

Het was een fijn huisje. Schoon, mooie locatie.
Locatie was wel lastig te vinden. We stonden bij de buren. Code was niet verstuurd. Daar moest ik voor gaan bellen/ mailen. Gelukkig werd er wel snel en vriendelijk gereageerd.
Belle vue de l'appartement, nuits calmes.

Le matelas du canapé lit complètement défoncé, impossible de dormir. Les vitres donnant sur la mer étaient sales comme certains murs.
