## Space Welcome to Le Bord de Mer 🏖️, an exceptional beachfront apartment offering panoramic ocean views and comfort designed to elevate every moment of your stay.
Ideally located in Le Havre’s most sought-after neighborhood, just steps from the MuMa, City Hall, and Les Halles, this home combines modernity, serenity, and accessibility.
The residence is quiet and secure, features an elevator, and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Designed for up to 6 guests, the apartment includes: 🔸 A large open kitchen with an island, fully equipped (fridge, compact dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.). 🔸 A dining area with a table for 6 guests. 🔸 A living room with a Smart TV opening onto a terrace/balcony with a stunning sea view. 🔸 One bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and wardrobe. 🔸 One bedroom with a Queen size 160x200cm bed and dressing room. 🔸 A study with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm), leading to a private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. 🔸 A bathroom with a bathtub/shower. 🔸 Separate WC. 🔸 A utility room with storage and a washing machine.
A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night.
Ideal for professionals as well: the apartment has ultra high-speed fiber internet.

La vue et le calme. La gentillesse de la personne contact.
Le matelas du canapé lit complètement défoncé, impossible de dormir. Les vitres donnant sur la mer étaient sales comme certains murs.
