Designed for 4 people, it consists of:
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, small dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A living room with a lounge/dining area directly opening onto an equipped balcony/terrace offering a splendid sea view. It has a quality sofa bed (140x200cm) and a Smart TV.
- A master suite with a dressing room, equipped with a quality Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with a shower.
- The toilets are separate.
A laundry room allowing you to store your belongings completes this exceptional property (also equipped with a washing machine).
It is also the ideal place for professionals wishing to work remotely, as the apartment is equipped with ultra-high-speed fiber.
When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence.
A private parking space is available within the residence.

Location & surroundings
Ideally located along Boulevard Albert 1er, this magnificent apartment is situated in the most sought-after neighborhood of Le Havre. You can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre (UNESCO World Heritage architecture). You will stay at the foot of the beach, 200m from the famous MuMa museum, and 300m from the town hall and grocery shops.
A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone!
The tram and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city.
The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12h, then €0.10/15min extra. 7-day pass €23.
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night.
- Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
- BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and activate the security deposit in case of excess or damage.
- Parking around the accommodation is payable from 9 AM to 12 PM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles.
- ⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
- 📅 Check-in and check-out times : Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
- ⏳ Need flexibility? Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge). Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).
- ⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances : Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.
- 🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property : Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Strictly non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
- 👮 Practical information : A valid ID will be required upon arrival. Breakfast is not included. Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
