A bedroom with a trundle bed for two and a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed 160x200, a large dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath, offer exceptional comfort on the ground floor.


Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, ideal for children, with twin beds 90x200, configurable into double beds 180x200, each with its own shower room. The third bedroom, with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a study area ideal for teleworking, also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bath and a games area with table football complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for all.


Located right next to Portsall harbour, the house benefits from all amenities within easy reach, including bars, restaurants and the sailing club is within walking distance. The GR34 hiking trail passes right in front of the house, offering superb opportunities to discover the splendid coastal scenery.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....
