The apartment is composed as follows : - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas... - A dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two simple beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior : - A shared, unheated swimming pool (3 x 10m), open from May to October and equipped with a safety alarm.
All child bathing and supervision is the responsibility of a parent.
Opening dates are not binding and subject to weather conditions. - A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Suze-la-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
We also offer the neighbouring property, Le Mas des Aracil 2, for rent.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.
