It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 700 m² garden. The accommodation comprises Garden level: - Bedroom 1: with twin beds that can form a king-size bed (180×200), corner sofa, coffee table... - Shower room - Separate WC Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with sofa and TV (connection with HDMI cable provided) - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A lovely 700 m² garden planted with trees and not enclosed. - A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A second 20 m² terrace The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities - Nautical centre (sand yachting, catamaran, windsurfing, paddle...) 2 km away - Climbing - Horse riding: several riding schools nearby - Customs officers' trail at the bottom of the house: GR34 - Cap Fréhel - Fort la latte - Saint-Malo Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe station 20 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, 108 km away Other information : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
