Surrounded by beaches, the coastal path and numerous prehistoric sites, the house we are offering on the north side of the Quiberon peninsula offers the advantage of being close to everything.


You enter on the road side via a first 35 m² terrace, where you can park your vehicle and enjoy the deckchairs.


In the entrance to the house, there is a small dining room under its skylight. This is followed by the main room, with a TV lounge featuring a sofa and a bench next to the fireplace, a second dining area and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. To prepare your meals, you'll find an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster are also available.


The ground floor is completed by a shower room with shower and separate WC.


On the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/200), a second with two single beds, and a bathroom with bath, hairdryer and WC.

At the back of the house, a small 12 m² terrace isolated from the road will allow you to enjoy an outdoor dining area.
