The rental is composed as follows: you enter and in front of you is the living/dining room opening onto a pleasant terrace.

You have a separate and equipped kitchen.

For the sleeping area, you will find a bedroom with two 90*190 beds and a bedroom with a 140*190 double bed.

For amenities, you have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

The apartment has an internet box with Wi-Fi.

You have a private parking space right in front of the rental.

The apartment is located a few steps from Bandol train station.

We require a 25% deposit.

The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings.

Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old.

The amount is the one specified by the tourist office.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.

All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros.

Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee.

Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet.

A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply.

We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash.

It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.

A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.

A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required.

No rental will be finalized without these documents.

We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil.

We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).

The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.

For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
