You will have a living room with a lounge and dining area, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a "children's" bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 + an extra bed with a 90x190 mattress) with garden access, a shower room (walk-in shower, sink), and a separate toilet.

Outside, you will have a small enclosed garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue.

A technical room for storing your sports equipment, strollers, etc. will be available.

Loan of 2 classic bicycles and 2 electric bicycles (€20/day/bike) available for rent on-site from the owners, subject to availability.

Beds will be made upon arrival, and household linen will be provided.

End-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity will be extra (based on meter readings from October to April).

Dogs only accepted (no cats). Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, close to the cycle path, and 20 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this small single-story house made of local bricks, accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 steps to access the garden).

A second gîte, located a few meters away, will allow for a stay for 9 people with the possibility of a shared garden via a gate.
