The town is surrounded by lush greenery, olive groves and vineyards with incredible views of the lake and surrounding landscapes. The marina at Porto di San Felice del Benaco is a short 5-minute drive from the property, a great place for a stroll or lunch at one of the waterfront bars or restaurants.

Guests can also head to Porto Portese (a 5-minute drive) to rent boats, catch a ferry or book guided lake tours. For culture, the historic town of Salo is less than a 10-minute drive away where guests can visit "MuSa - Museo di Salò" and the Renaissance-inspired Duomo di Santa Maria Annunziata Cathedral.

Guests are also in easy reach of Bau Beach (a 7-minute drive) and Barbarano Beach (a 15-minute drive).

For outdoor enthusiasts, Parco delle Colline Moreniche is a great destination for hiking, (a 35-minute drive) and Alto Garda Park (a 5-minute drive) offers beautiful lakefront hiking trails.
