The dreamlike Casa Viviani is located in the village of S. Maria del Giudice - between Lucca and Pisa. A lot of comfort for little money! The house has been completely renovated with a fantastic new kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The house has a charging station for electric cars, a super well-kept garden, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a safe. Shopping facilities and restaurant within walking distance! The house can be rented in two versions - either the whole house for max. 7 persons or the version for max. 4 persons, i.e. ground floor and basement (the 1st floor remains closed). Enjoy the countryside to the top and be close to everything! Recommendations and day trips: The owners offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice. There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea. Casa Viviani is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone's throw away.
