## Space Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Rouen, this superb apartment is situated within the former Hôtel Turgot, a 16th-century building listed as a historic monument.
You will be staying in the hyper center of Rouen on the Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of the pedestrian streets of Rouen, just 100m from Place de la Pucelle, 400m from the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, close to the train station and bus networks.
Although situated on the bustling Place du Vieux Marché, the apartment is quiet, very bright, and not overlooked.
It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
You can easily explore the city on foot and benefit from the best restaurants, food shops, and delicatessens in Rouen, including the bakery-pastry shop of the Best Craftsman of France, located just downstairs.
The apartment is a large one-bedroom (T2) that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
Located on the first floor, it is composed as follows: - A large living room with a quality convertible sofa (140x200 cm), a lounge area, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. - An open kitchen with a raised bar area, equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing meals. - A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. - A bathroom with a shower and WC. - At your disposal: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terrace should be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM.
No parties or events are allowed in the apartment.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to charge the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.
