Guests' access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


Other details to be noted

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a few minutes walk from Viale Italia and the seafront, which allows you to reach, with a walk, the Aquarium and the wonderful Terrazza Mascagni, from which you can enjoy suggestive sunsets.
