In the commune of Grand-Village-Plage, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming single-storey house for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach.

The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A lovely 100 m² private enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Grand-Village-Plage, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Rochefort, 39 km away (about 40 minutes by car). A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). La distance entre la maison et la plage noté a 5mn mais à pied elle est à 1km3 soit 20mn à pied.
Volets et moustiquaires à réparer.

La maison est agréable, bien située à 5 min en vélo de la plage ou du centre. Le cabanon pratique pour abriter vélos et planches de surf.
