On the ground floor you have 2 outdoor steps to access a beautiful entrance of 12 m2 with a relaxing area followed by a large living room with a dining room, sofas, TV, DVD player, Wifi. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen.1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x190, a bathroom with bath, double basin. Independent toilet. Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140x190, office. A bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with games and books.
A beautiful private swimming pool, heated and open from June to the end of September (subject to the weather), 8 x 4 m, 1.50m deep, salt, secured by a rolling wheel (a toilet and a solar shower).
Garden furniture (clos 2000m2), parasol, charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mattress, pot, wc reducer, bath seat, bath ring. Household at end of stay 120€. Sheets/beds/12€. Toilet linen 10€ per person. House of family restored in 2021 close to Périgueux classified 'City of Art and History' (Cathedrale St Front, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Romain circuit, circuit Medieval-Renaissance, Tour Mataguerre, museums...). 16 km from Brantôme (Abbey and village). See also: châteaux de Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, caves de Villars, village of St Jean de Côle (Floralies on the weekend of 8 May), eco-museum of truffle and truffle trails in Sorges.
At 400 m from the cottage you can enjoy outdoor communal games, tennis, football stadium, skate park, self-service bodybuilding equipment, children's games.
800 m from the green road (walking, cycling, rollerblading..) possibility to fish also 800 m. 2 km from the Golf de Périgueux.
On site at the Gite a secure electrical socket 20A width 3KW for charging your vehicle on request.
Pets allowed (dog and/or cat only-not from NAC) with deposit only on the ground floor of the house.
