The Gîte "La Maison du 9 Place" is located just 30 minutes from Orléans, 30 minutes from Château de Chamerolles, 30 minutes from the Forêt d'Orléans, 35 minutes from Pithiviers, 1h30 from Paris... Right in the centre of Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, the RN20 and also the A10 and the A19. This cottage will make an ideal place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. On the ground floor, a living and dining room, equipped kitchen and patio.
Upstairs, three bedrooms each with 1 bed 140 cm (window overlooking the interior patio and not the exterior), a bathroom, a room with sink, a separate toilet, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm with dressing room.

Closed garden with covered space for eating shelter. Public parking on the square.

All inclusive rate includes: bed linen and toiletries for the living room, an end-of-life cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the cottage is electric, you have 15 Kwh per day (exceedings will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
