Located in a wooded environment, on the edge of the forest of Meygal, this cottage is a large independent stone house with 2 nice terraces (8 and 9 m2) and a private, unenclosed grassed plot of 200 m2 with children's games.

Nearby : Blue lake, miniature park of Lauzière and forest of Meygal on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km (church, museum Jules Romans, climbing site, all shops and services). The parents of the owners provide accommodation and provide part of their common land (1500 m2).

The ground floor consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, communicating with a large living room with fireplace with closed fireplace, separate toilet in the laundry room.

The 1st floor is separated into 2 separate modules, each comprising 2 bedrooms, i.e. 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet on each side.
