The recently renovated apartment has retained all the charm of the old one with its parquet floors and fireplaces. There you will find a living room with open kitchen, dining area, (possibility to add 1 table and 2 chairs if bar and stools too restrictive) living area with large flat screen and sofa bed for 2 extra people (15€/night/person), a double room with bedding of great comfort (bed 180x200), a bathroom (shower + sink), independent toilet. Heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, towels and bed upon arrival will be included in the price of the stay. You will find a parking fee from 9am to 7pm at the foot of the apartment (Victoria Hugo Parking, 1/2h free) or free parking all day at 200 meters (Parking Parc des Expositions). In the heart of Troyes city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, you will appreciate the ideal location and comfort of this apartment located on the 1st floor of a small building (without elevator). On site, you will have all the amenities: restaurants, shops, museums, theatres, exhibition park...
