Sports activities (equestrian center, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) or cultural activities (guided tour of the Winter City District, workshops for children and adults at the MAAT, theater, cinema, exhibitions, concerts, etc.) are rich in Arcachon.
We also recommend a visit to the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.

Housing :
In a street in the heart of town, the house is located in 2nd line of the street (low pass) with the aim of a private pedestrian path:
Completely renovated, the house is bright and functional, it offers a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling (TV wall screen - wifi), an open kitchen space furnished and equipped (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, hob with extractor hood, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toasters, electric kettle...), a bathroom (with washing machine), two enfilade bedrooms: the first being that with a large bed 140 x 190 cm. the 2nd equipped two twin beds 90 x 190 cm, possibility to put them side by side.
You enjoy a large private terrace of about 30m2, exhibition North East, equipped with a table with chairs, parasol....
No parking (free streets 500m from the house), being in the heart of the city, you will no longer need your vehicle throughout your stay!
NB: a bedroom window on the floor of the next house opens onto the terrace of the house...

In winter (mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent with a €10/day package.
