Come and discover this independent house in a small hamlet at the end of a dead end, level with a beautiful living room and a semi-open kitchen fully equipped. You will enjoy a master suite with a 160x200 bed, bathroom and toilet and two bedrooms with 2 beds in 90 (one of the rooms is accessible by a walk), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The garage has a table tennis table and also allows the storage of your bikes or motorcycles.
Outside, a semi-sheltered terrace offers a baby football, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue for relaxing moments with family or friends. Garden closed.
Upon request the baby equipment can be provided: umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.
