Large bright, spacious and warm cottage in the heart of the Centre Val de Loire. It is the ideal place, with family or friends, for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Old farm, completely renovated, in a comfortable cottage, welcoming and modern decor. The original elements were preserved as much as possible to preserve the character of the building with the wooden frame and stone walls that give this cottage an authentic atmosphere. It has also been integrated some old furniture or objects restyled to evoke the history of the place.

Between Val and Petite Beauce, in the heart of a terroir dotted with hamlets and crossed by the Mauves, small streams flow gently towards the Loire. The walk along the green banks of the Mauves will allow you to discover the six watermills that spread the river. Many possible visits: castles of the Loire, château of Chambord, Blois or Amboise, but also the city of Orléans, rich in history and architecture, only 20 kms away. On the ground floor, a large bright living room with pellet stove, an open equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm and a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm and a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm and two single beds 90x190 cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Guests can relax in the garden of about 450 m2, quietly lying in the Chileans or sharing a friendly moment around a barbecue. A petanque pitch and a bicycle room are at your disposal. Definitely, the ideal place to enjoy the good weather and entertain you in the open air with the games at your disposal (sails, badminton, snowshoes...).
