Pretty spacious gîte with beautiful private terrace, fitted out in a small quiet hamlet with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
In joint ownership with the owner's accommodation, you will have on the 1st level a large living room-kitchen with lounge area and its terrace, fully equipped integrated kitchen (dishwasher, m.onde, oven...), On the ground floor Ch. 1 (1 double bed with private shower room), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90 x 200 and 1 bed 90x190), TV corner in alcove with sofa bed (2 pers.), 2 WCs, Bathroom water (with washing machine), WIFI, Electric heating.
Shared with the owner: parking & garage & dryer (possibility to store skis & bikes).
Small shops, pizzerias & restaurants in the village, link to the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine area by the Eau d'Olle Express cable car.
Nearby leisure center, hikes for all levels, mountain biking...
