Holiday rental in Sète: Ideal for a seaside holiday, this comfortable 36 m² apartment with a 7 m² loggia offers a splendid sea view from the moment you arrive.
Located on the 1st floor of a quiet, tree-lined residence (no elevator). Shops are just 500 m away.
The accommodation includes: an entrance hall with a practical closet, a bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (2 electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher) opening onto a bright living room furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV and leading onto a terrace facing the sea, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers.
The residence is pleasant.
Private parking space no. 6, secured by an electric gate.
A functional, bright apartment ideally located to fully enjoy the sea. Pets are not allowed.

logement correspondant au descriptif, les gros avantages sont le stationnement dans la résidence, la vue sur mer depuis le balcon ainsi que l'accès à la plage directement depuis un petit portail dans la résidence, cependant l'appartement est dans son jus et mériterait un bon rafraîchissemen, une petite clim serait la bienvenue.

Le parking destiné à l’appartement n’est pas forcément disponible mais l’agence est à l’écoute et aidante pour trouver 1 solution.
Emplacement idéal face à la mer, plages à pieds, résidence calme et terrasse couverte sans vis à vis avec vue mer.
Des bus pour rejoindre le centre de Sète sinon on peut rejoindre le centre en longeant la mer en passant par le théâtre de la mer. Très agréable !

L’emplacement très proche de la mer et des transports publics, une terrasse très agréable et une vue splendide sur la mer !
