The farmhouse, dating back to 1837, offers a unique ambiance with plenty of greenery.
Our two holiday apartments have been lovingly renovated by us into a harmonious whole.
Today, we offer an island of relaxation and deceleration.
Unwind in the beautiful garden or in the barrel sauna and hot tub. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings in the wine arbor or at the barbecue area.
Oetz is perfectly located, with many interesting places reachable in a short time.
Whether ski resorts (Hochoetz-Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl), hiking trails, sporting attractions (AREA 47), or a trip to the city – everything can be found within a radius of approximately 0 to 50 km. Included: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen, dishes and towels, sauna, bathrobes and sauna towels, hot tub, private guest terrace with barbecue station (bread oven & pizza oven), wine arbor, starter package with dishwasher tabs and coffee beans for the fully automatic coffee machine. Included in Summer: Free upgrade to the Summer Card – more fun, more adventure, more vacation! Many recreational facilities such as summer mountain lifts, swimming pools, public transport, museums, and much more are INCLUDED in the room price from the 2nd day of your holiday.
