Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A sleeping area with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet The flat is ideally situated in Nancy, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, we recommend parking at the Cours Léopold car park (paid parking, less than a 2-minute walk away). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Nancy railway station, approximately 6 minutes’ drive away (1.3 km) - Nearest airport: Strasbourg Airport, approximately 2 hours’ drive away (149 km) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - One pet is permitted.

🙂 A beautiful studio in the old town of Nancy, on a pedestrian street. Very spacious, well decorated and appointed
🙁 It might not have been noted in the description but the studio is on the 3rd floor without elevator and the stair case is narrow, hard to navigate with luggage."
