The accommodation consists of 84m2 with a capacity for 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a spacious living room with a dining table and an integrated kitchen and a beautiful and large terrace.
The open kitchen on the living room is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, utensils, stove, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

"La Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 meters of coast, which extends over the entire bay. Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and the world, as it is a beach where it is good to live almost all year round.
It is the place of the capital where you can relax, where the weather stops and where you can do sports every day of the week, in swimsuit, bikini, with glasses and a tuba, a paddle (beach raquettes) or a surfboard. It is also a great reserve of marine life.
Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish.
On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers.
And he has a peculiarity.
This particularity is what the inhabitants call "La Barra", a long rock formation that extends not far from the sand and protects much of the beach from tides, transforming it into a natural salt water pool when the tide is low. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salt sea facilitates flotation and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium. And if you want to walk, we recommend the long walk that winds along the sand, passing in front of cafes and glaciers.
At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants.
At the other end of the beach, the ambience surfing around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea. Las Canteras is the Playa Cambiante.
