Beautiful holiday home in San Agustin, in the south of Gran Canaria.
The accommodation consists of 40m2, with 1 double room and a capacity for 2 people.
Living room with integrated kitchen and bathroom - it is welcoming and outdoor and also has a terrace of 15m2, where you can enjoy pleasant moments.
It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustín", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.
It has a terrace with furniture, iron, unlimited Internet access (wifi), a hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV with languages: Spanish, English, German.
The American style kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press.
San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which retains all the advantages characteristic of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less frequented. Even her nights are placid because they do not know the typical agitation of a tourist area. The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing for several days, but if its tranquility is not enough, you will find just a few steps away one of the largest thalassotherapy centers on the island.
On its long promenade, which connects the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés to the south, you will also find many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The place also features sun loungers and parasols for rent, master swimmers, showers, free parking and a connection to the Maspalomas bus network.
