Arrive at the property via the private driveway. A few steps around the corner will lead you to the inviting pool area, complete with a covered outdoor kitchen. Here you will find a dining table for 10 people, a gas barbecue, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave: everything you need to enjoy a delicious dinner al fresco. The private swimming pool (10x5 metres) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. There is an outdoor shower and guest toilet for added convenience.



Spread over two levels, the villa presents a delightful combination of modern comforts and Mediterranean charm. Enter the upper level of the villa, where you will be greeted by a spacious dining room offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The adjacent living room features a cosy 4-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair and a Smart TV, making it an ideal place to relax. The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.


This level also features two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. There is a private bathroom and a separate toilet, both equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet for your convenience.



The interior staircase leads to the lower level, where you will discover three additional bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. Another bedroom also has a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. The last bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. On this floor there is a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.



The lower level also provides access to the garage, which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge. For added entertainment, there is a table football table.




The garden has a boules court, table tennis and a covered sitting area, providing more space for relaxation and enjoyment.
