Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the full-equipped apartment features:
- a living room with dining area and 140 x 190 sofa-bed
- a full-equipped, functional kitchen
- bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200)
- bathroom with walk-in shower
- a balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach and sea.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: private parking, wifi, TV, oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fishwasher, washing machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
You'll find two restaurants within walking distance (open from March to November), a bakery 200m away and a "Carrefour Market" supermarket a 15-minute walk away.

L'apt a un emplacement idéal avec vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil avec un balcon spacieux. La propreté est parfaite et l'équipement aussi. La résidence est d'un excellent standing. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Benerville. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, avec des lits très confortables et des appareils en parfait état. Accès facile grâce au parking juste en face. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil, très chaleureux et agréable.
