Charming house in an exceptional location overlooking the sea, with panoramic views from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to Finale’s harbor.
Surrounded by greenery, it offers access to a shared pool (not private), open from June 1st to September 30th. Even during the busiest summer months, you will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the shade of a carob tree. Climb up to reach the pool or head down directly to the beach.
The house sleeps 4 upstairs (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed on a mezzanine) and has a sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor (queen size). There is one bathroom.
Amenities include a fridge, coffee machine, water carbonator, microwave (no conventional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, and TV with streaming services. Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Some local shops offer grocery delivery.
A reserved parking space is available in the fenced condominium lot. Important notes: - Not accessible by stroller/wheelchair: about 100 steps from the parking lot (like a 4th floor without elevator). - The balcony under the porch must be kept clear for neighbors’ passage. - Parking space is tight (5.05x1.95 m): do not occupy other spots, otherwise an extra charge applies. - A security deposit is required before arrival.
It will be refunded at check-out if the property is left as found.
The deposit covers structural damage, extra cleaning beyond standard, washing of covers/sofa fabrics left dirty, and disposal of trash not done by guests. Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (except Monday); Sunday 11:30-12:30. Check-out: by 10:00.

Geweldig uitzicht, dichtbij het strand. Fijn en rustig zwembad. Fijne bedden. Fijn ook dat er airco is.
Parkeren is echt krap. Doordat het een appartement op een heuvel is is er minder bewegingsvrijheid voor jonge kinderen. Zwembad is voor de rust van de omgeving beperkt open (vanaf 10 uur)
