The villa is located in the commune of Moule, in the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. A 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Moule and a little less than 15 minutes to reach the marina of Saint-François, the neighboring town and there find all the amenities: Commercial Area, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Fish & Spice Market and even a cinema.

You will not miss the unmissable Marina de Saint-François, where you can enjoy varied à la carte restaurants and go shopping in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located just 15 minutes from your exceptional villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Autre Bord beach, Anse à L'eau, Anse à la Gourde,) are just 5 minutes from your superb holiday villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the Moule surf spots are the most famous in Guadeloupe. You can even go on foot, board under arm, to the Anse Salabouelle spot. For wing foiling, funboarding or kiting, the famous trade winds spot is 5 minutes by car.
