The villa is located in the commune of Moule, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. A 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the village of Moule and just under 15 minutes to reach the marina of Saint-François, the neighbouring town and find all the amenities: Commercial Space, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Fish & Spice Market and even a cinema.

You will not miss the unmissable Marina de Saint-François, on which you can enjoy varied à la carte restaurants, and shopping in its many shops. The Saint-François International Golf Club, the Casino and the Aerodrome are all just 15 minutes from your exceptional villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (beach of the Other Bord, Anse à L'eau, Anse à la Gourde,) are just 5 minutes from your beautiful holiday villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the surf spots of the Moule are the most famous in Guadeloupe you can even walk, the board under the arm, to the spot of the Anse Salabouelle. For the wing foil, funboard or kite, the famous spot of trade winds is 5 minutes by car.
