On the ground floor of an elegant residence, the apartment is modern and sleek.
It has been thoughtfully equipped with anything a guest might need for their stay.
The living/dining room has pale wooden floors and contemporary furniture including a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table.
The separate kitchen is linked to the dining area by a convenient hatch, making serving meals a breeze.
The kitchen has a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
Sleeping Bedroom: The cosy bedroom has a single bed with a second, pull-out, single bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
Bathroom This stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a bathtub, a separate glass shower, basin and WC.

A day trip on the Lago di Lugano, sailing between Switzerland and Italy is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake.
For self-catering, there are many excellent food shops in the city, as well as the farmers market on Tuesday and Friday in Via Carducci (8-minute walk).
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey.
Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is just 7 minutes by taxi from the apartment.

The location is great and near to everything. The only thing I can complain about is the sleep situation, the bed sofa and the bed for one person are extremely uncomfortable, thats the big minus Point. I booked for 4 persons but only 3 had space to lay. For an extra bed I should pay extra, I didn’t ...
