Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area with high ceilings and large windows, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living area, a sleeping area with a double bed, a lovely bedroom with storage space, a shower room (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a dining area and a TV corner - A fully equipped kitchen including: coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, hob… - A sleeping area with a 140x190 double bed opening onto the living room - A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200) and storage space - A shower room (with shower) and vanity unit - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine and iron. The flat is ideally situated in Toulouse, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the paid-parking streets further away from the neighbourhood or in the paid underground car parks at the Capitole or Esquirol. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest metro station: Esquirol (line A), 650 metres away - Nearest railway station: Toulouse Matabiau (via metro line A), approximately 17 minutes away - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac via the airport shuttle bus from the Compans stop. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Our apartment was perfectly located for everything we needed. Great restaurants, beautiful sunsets and river walks close by make this a perfect getaway. Our hosts were so easy to work with. I highly recommend this location.

Great location, easy walk to everything. There were two hosts, the owner was very responsive. The agency was not helpful. Well decorated but a bit stingy with amenities, no toilet paper or paper were provided.
