Place: Nendaz. Quiet location in a chalet settlement on the upper edge of the village. Marvellous view of the Rhône valley and the surrounding mountains. Centre 1900 m. Gondola 1200 m. Ski bus 150 m.
House: Beautiful chalet with fireplace. 4-room house with approx. 100 m² living space over 2 floors. Cosy chalet ambience with wood panelling throughout the house. Internet access via W-Lan. Washing machine. Electric heating. Hot water via 200 litre electric boiler. Non-smoking house. Balcony, south-facing terrace with seating, barbecue. Steep car access on the last 50 m (winter equipment required). 2 car parking spaces at the house.
Parterre: Two double bedrooms. 2-bed room with bunk bed. Bathroom: bath/shower, toilet.
1st floor: entrance, vestibule. Beautiful living room (35 sqm) extended to the gable with fireplace, sofa set, flat screen cable TV, radio/CD, dining table, new fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Separate WC. From the living room narrow staircase to gallery with 2 mattresses under the gable (max. height 1.60 m).
