This pleasant house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall opening onto a bright living/dining room with direct access to the south-facing terrace, an open-plan fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, a landing leads to a large mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) and a TV area, a shower room, and a separate WC. You will also find two bedrooms:
– a first bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm) and a double bed (140 cm),
– a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds, one 90 cm and the other 140 cm) and a single bed.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden and the terrace.
Two parking spaces are available. End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area) Amenities: Coffee maker, Kettle, Oven, Range hood, Dishwasher, Fridge-freezer, Washing machine, Dryer, Charcoal barbecue Tourist tax: 5% of the nightly rate per adult occupant, up to a maximum of €4.30 per person per night. Optional extras: Baby equipment rental (high chair, travel cot, baby bath): €25 Linen rental: - Double bed linen set: €20 - Single bed linen set: €14 - Towel set (1 large + 1 small): €10 - Bath mat set: €4 - Kitchen towel set (2 tea towels + 2 hand towels): €5 Property managed by a professional.
