The fully equipped kitchen meets your needs, and bed linen as well as towels are provided for your comfort. The house consists of four independent units.

This three-bedroom accommodation is located in the basement area, but each bedroom has a window.

If you rent the entire property, you can accommodate up to 17 people.

You will also have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge area and a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine, available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The shared garden offers a relaxing space with outdoor furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and play equipment for children. Free parking is available on the street, and you can reserve a spot in the secure courtyard parking, as well as a baby bed with mattress, on request and for an extra fee. The property has a private entrance with a key and key box for easy arrival.

For your security, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system.

Please make sure to lock your unit and the veranda when you leave. Ideally located on the Chemin de Saint-Jacques, the property is five minutes from the marshes and the IUT, and ten minutes from the city center, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.
