Semi-detached cottage located in a quiet area, in a charming village of traditional thatched cottages, 3 km from shops and 9 km from beaches.
70 m² terrace (south-west facing) on 400 m² enclosed plot.
Private parking on the property. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) and bathroom/wc (bath + shower). Upstairs (stairs a little steep): 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and shower room/wc. Equipment included: wifi, complete baby equipment. Not included: sheets, towels, electricity, electric heating and end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 118.53 € per stay . Napkins : 10.78 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
