Such a fab house filled with everything you can wish for. There’s was everything you could need. Clean, spacious and couldn’t think of anything that could be improved. Lovely quiet village with welcoming pub and local shop. We were kept up to date with everything from start to finish of booking. Would highly recommend.

Lovely old Rectory with fantastic views over countryside and plenty space for our family group ranging from aged 7 to age 79\r\nTiny village with a shop stocking everything.\r\nPub was nice for a drink, but we didn’t enjoy the food there. Excellent kitchen in house for family cooking. Can definitely recommend this property.

I have marked the condition category down due to the condition of the lawn on arrival i.e. littered with dog faeces which I had to clear up before allowing my grandchildren anywhere near it.
