One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the private outdoor space. Bathroom with shower. The exclusive outdoor space for guests is approx. 30 m2. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher. Wi-Fi, smart TV available. Barbecue and private equipped outdoor area with table football. The swimming pool was built on terraced land adjacent to the vineyards (approximately 70 m from the house) and is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. Ideal starting point for visiting the village of Volpaia, Panzano in Chianti and cities of art such as Florence and Siena. Trekking and mountain bike routes, Eroica route.
