The residence, completely renovated in 2024, entices with five exclusive 1, 2, and 3-room apartments.

Here, the name of each living unit is its program.

Due to the mild climate, various types of citrus fruits grow on the property.

You only need to choose your favorite apartment from oranges, lemons, tangerines, cedro, and mapo, and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation.

In the interior design, which is very tasteful and created with attention to detail, materials have been used sparingly, allowing you to find concrete next to original wooden beams and iron girders.

This mixture, combined with modern comfort such as free Wi-Fi internet access, a dishwasher, and cable TV, gives the entire ambiance a very special flair.

The apartments also feature free air conditioning, which is rarely needed due to the sunny location all day long.

Thanks to the hillside location and the thick old walls of the house, a pleasant indoor climate prevails in all seasons.

Each apartment has either a balcony or a terrace, from where you can enjoy a gigantic view of the lake and the mountains.

In front of each apartment entrance, there is a facility for charging e-bikes.

For all guests, there is also a shared garden with an approximately 35 m² sun terrace and barbecue.
