Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with sofa, dining table and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - One bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC - Laundry room with ironing board, tumble dryer and washing machine The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment.

L'originalité et la beauté de l'appartement.
Ses équipements neufs et de qualité.
Il manque un ascenseur (je venais de me faire une blessure à la hanche) mais c'est normal dans un immeuble ancien.

Emplacement remarquable dans une belle rue très proche de la place Stanislas
Magasin u à 5minutes à pied et nombreux restaurants très proches
Pas de verres à dent dans la salle de bain
Pas de verres à bière dans la cuisine
L’appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur est un petit handicap pour les personnes âgées

Séjour parfait, l’appartement est meublé et décoré avec soin, on s’y sent très bien. Il est idéalement situé. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
