It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, cooker, 2 microwave ovens, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, etc. - A dining room - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with three single beds - Bedroom 5: with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6) - Two bathrooms with shower and WC Second floor: - A large games and relaxation room (bar area with sofa, table football, darts, table tennis) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 2,000 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Lassy, in very pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (less than 3 km away, check out Chill Woods or Le Bistrot d'Angèle), bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Large swimming pool 10 minutes away in Guichen - Hiking - Loheac car circuit and museum - Karting at St jacques - Rennes exhibition centre 20 minutes away - Paintball nearby - Brocéliande forest and King Arthur's castle (animation) less than 30 min away Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park, which can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
