Located in the building "Les Valérianes" des Hauts de Préclaux in the heart of the Orres 1800, this apartment with a beautiful area of 30 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located for a stay "skis to the feet" close to all amenities: restaurants, superette, bakery, etc...

Exposed to the east, the balcony offers a nice view of the ski slopes; ideal for your sunny breakfasts while watching the mountains.

This apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, the bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, a large living room with TV and a sofa bed.

On the sleeping side you will find two single beds 80 x 190 cm in the night corner and a sofa bed convertible 2 people in the living room.
