Nice 114 sqm apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the third floor of a period building from the 1400s with lift (two steps to access it). The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center: 450 meters from the San Lorenzo cathedral; 600 from Palazzo Ducale; 350 from the Aquarium and from the boat departures for Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre; 400 from the museum center on Via Garibaldi.
All the main services for a comfortable stay are just a few steps away! The internal space The 114 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a period building with a lift (two steps to access it). ATTENTION.
There are internal steps (pay more attention if you are traveling with children). The internal space is made up of: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and 32" TV; - LIVABLE KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, three moka pots, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed (two single beds pushed together) and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, air conditioning via split (ONLY one split at the entrance to the apartment), mosquito nets, washing machine (in the closet), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
