Villa Duinvink is modernly furnished and equipped to a high standard. The villa is ideal for families. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This makes the house very user-friendly for everyone.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances. The luxurious living room has a cosy wood-burning stove and through the French doors you step directly into the garden where you can enjoy your own hot tub. The underfloor heating in the living room provides a lot of comfort in the house.

This modern and luxurious villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, especially since the North Holland beach is only a few minutes away by bike. In spring, you will be living in the middle of flower bulb fields and trips to Alkmaar or Texel are easy to make. Amsterdam can also be reached in an hour. 

The house is built to be energy efficient. Solar panels provide the energy. The house is gas-free and is heated by a heat pump. This makes your holiday extremely energy-conscious.

Your beloved pet is very welcome. Villa Duinvink allows 2 dogs.
A beautifully fenced garden allows your dog to roam freely. Parking is possible directly at the house
