The holiday home has 4 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 spacious bathrooms, including a bathtub, double washbasin and separate shower. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, making the villa particularly convenient and accessible. The property also has 2 additional sofa beds or extra beds.
The holiday home is set on a spacious 400 m² plot and features a deep, sunny garden with a large terrace and outdoor lighting for the evenings. The property also includes a washing machine, ample parking next to the house, underfloor heating and air conditioning. A truly fantastic place for a wonderful holiday!
PLEASE NOTE: Groups under the age of 25 are NOT permitted in this holiday home. A security deposit is required for your stay to cover any possible damage.

Er was voor ieder een ruime slaapkamer.
Het huisje was bij aankomst nog erg smerig, bij het uittrekken van de schoenen bij de deur werden de sokken zwart van de vloer. Ook hing er nog een spinnenweb tussen de open trap en waren er al eerdere teksten in het stof op de lampen geschreven (in de trap opening). Voor de rest zat de douchedeur niet goed bevestigd waardoor deze niet goed sloot tijdens het douchen.

Schönes geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattet, große Küche, einladender Wohn-/ Essbereich, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit großem Garten in einer Ferienhaussiedlung.
Ideal für Famiien mit Kindern.
Der Strand war bequem mit dem Fahrrad und auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto innerhalb kuzer Zeit zu erreichen.
