We warmly welcome you to Gästehaus Veitl in Ried im Zillertal!
Our Gästehaus Veitl is located in the Taxach district on the outskirts of Ried, in a quiet, meadow setting close to the forest.
You can reach the center of Ried im Zillertal in just a 5-minute walk.
There you will find shops, restaurants, ski rental, the train station, and a bus stop. We offer our guests a cozy common room with satellite TV and a guest refrigerator, a rich breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, a ski room, and ample parking. Depending on your wishes, you can stay in our rooms with shower/WC or in our new apartments – especially suitable for your holiday with children. The First Holiday Region in the Zillertal delights hikers, cyclists, and mountain bikers alike in the summer.
The entrance to the most beautiful hiking trails and the Zillertal cycle path are just a few minutes' walk from our Gästehaus Veitl.
You can find relaxation at the Stumm swimming complex or in the Fügen thermal spa, both easily and quickly accessible.
The new 18-hole Zillertal Golf Course in Uderns is located in the neighboring town and is a paradise for golf enthusiasts. In winter, excellent ski areas beckon with fantastic slopes.
The snow-covered forests and snow-capped peaks will enchant you. Just 2 km from our Gästehaus Veitl, you will find the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area.
Sun skiing, après-ski fun in huts, après-ski, night skiing, and much more await you there, as well as the currently most popular ski huts, the Kristallhütte and the Wedelhütte. Top ski schools ensure that both adult and young guests learn to ski under expert guidance.

Whether you're on holiday with children or enjoying a romantic getaway – we look forward to seeing you! Your Family Klocker Electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi included! Please note that the wellness area is not open in the summer. Please note that in winter, the wellness area may only be available on a limited basis or upon request due to energy costs. Please note that for the Hamberg Blick, Taxach Blick, and Großried apartments, the 3rd room is only available for 5 or more adults. Our Gästehaus Veitl and our Appartementhaus Veitl are located in the center of Ried, yet in a quiet area directly amidst the green of the surrounding meadows. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a cross-country ski trail, and about 100 meters away is the ski bus stop – the fastest way to the Hochzillertal ski area.

Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. In unserem Appartement hat es uns wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Sollten wir nochmals ins schöne Zillertal reisen, dann übernachten wir gerne wieder hier im Haus Veitl.
