The Spergser family warmly welcomes you to Gästehaus Spergser in Kaltenbach, the ideal holiday destination for active holidaymakers and connoisseurs!
Our guesthouse is located in sunny and quiet Kaltenbach, at the entrance to the Zillertal valley, and particularly stands out for its immediate proximity to the Hochzillertal ski area, which you can reach in just a 2-minute walk.
The Zillertaler Höhenstraße (Zillertal High Alpine Road) begins almost directly in front of our house.
The 48 km long panoramic road leads you to viewpoints at lofty heights, where you will be rewarded with an unforgettable view over the entire valley.
For special culinary delights, we recommend several traditional and local restaurants located in the vicinity of our Gästehaus Spergser. Our spacious holiday apartments have been furnished with great attention to detail and exude coziness from the moment you enter.
The four holiday apartments offer space for 2-3, 4, 5-6, and up to 8 people, respectively.
In every room, you will naturally find your own shower, toilet, and satellite TV. In the fully equipped kitchens, you can relax after exciting skiing with friends on the Zillertal slopes or after a leisurely hike with family.
We also offer a bread roll service upon request. During the winter months, our Gästehaus Spergser is ideal for exploring the region on skis.
The valley station of the cable car, which takes you to the Hochzillertal ski area, is only 200 meters from our house, ensuring you are among the first on the slopes in the morning.
During the weekly night skiing, you will experience the popular ski region from a completely new perspective.
The in-house ski room with a ski boot dryer is available for your ski boots.

Die Wohnung hatte einen eigenen Garten und eine schöne Terasse, eine sehr große Küche mit einer Sitzecke für 8 Personen. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und landestypisch eingerichtet. Alees ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Hier gibt es nichts zu erwähnen - es war alles bestens.
